Bonifacio Global City has become a hotbed for nightly excursions, what with its neighbouring bars, clubs, and restaurants opening late into the night and early into the morning. But while its spacious sidewalks and well-lit streets are a comfort to those tumbling and drunk, its best recourse to partygoers and night owls are its array of choice restaurants that are open at (almost) any time you’re craving.

Denny's

With everything from pancakes to waffles to omelets and even Filipino favourites, Denny’s serves hearty breakfasts at all hours of the day. Open 24 hours, it’s the perfect place to enjoy both sweet and savoury meals that will power you up or wind you down after a long night. Enjoy their world-famous chicken and waffles or their deliciously sweet salted caramel pancakes for a perfect early morning breakfast.

Tim Ho Wan

Tim Ho Wan has been a hit since it first came to Manila back in 2014. While most people know of it as a delicious brunch spot that serves dim sum alongside its iconic pork buns, some also know its BGC branch to be a hotspot for early morning snacks. Open until 3:00am, and just a stone’s throw away from some of Manila’s hottest clubs, the Tim Ho Wan Uptown Mall branch is the perfect place to grab bite-sized dumplings and savoury baked buns.

Bar Pintxos

Bar Pintxos is where one goes for warm comfort food, to be enjoyed amidst a laidback atmosphere. The intimate setting of this cosy BGC restaurant is the perfect setting for a quick midnight snack or late-night date. With everything from appetisers — try their chopito frito or deep-fried baby shrimp — to paella and their namesake pintxos, Bar Pintxos is the ultimate hangout that’s open from lunch to dinner, and all the way through midnight. 

Gorda

Mexican food gets an upgrade at Gorda in Uptown Parade. Their ingenious mix of Filipino and Mexican flavours are both familiar yet exciting. With delicious cocktails that pair perfectly with nachos, sisig, and salpicao, Gorda has become a homegrown favourite among regulars and newcomers alike. 

 

Noor

Open from 10:00-12:00am, Noor sits around Burgos Circle serving hungry customers delicious cocktails and authentic Mediterranean food. Their menu, consisting of traditional and reinvented recipes like fish kebab and pumpkin ravioli, is simple but divine; the chef’s power in transforming simple ingredients into fantastic-tasting dishes, unmatched. 

An understated classic, Noor’s cauliflower is one of the best appetisers in the city. Its knafeh, made with shredded phyllo pastry, yogurt ice cream, and ricotta rose water syrup, is also worth exploring, as one of its best-selling dishes. 

 

Salvatore Cuomo & Bar

Serving hearty meals from 11:00-2:00am on Fridays through Saturdays, Salvatore Cuomo & Bar has become something of a staple around the BGC area. Its chic interiors are complemented by plush leather couches and high ceilings, while its menu boasts of a wide array of pizzas, pastas, and risottos. Their classic mozzarella caprese salad is tossed with fresh cheese and set off by cherry tomatoes and fresh basil, while their hearty quattro formaggi pizza is an unsurprising bestseller among new patrons and regulars.

Tomatito

Girls’ night out is best celebrated at Tomatito, where neon signs light up the room and flirty decor invite guests to settle in for a fun midnight meal. Open until 2:00am on Fridays and Saturdays, Tomatito’s inventive reimagining of Spanish cuisine can be seen through signature dishes such as the Salmon TNT, which are airy bread pillows filled with sour cream and truffle honey, then topped with smoked salmon for completion. Anti-hangover pika food such as their albondigas (Spanish meatballs) or boquerones (anchovies marinated in olive oil and vinegar) are also available for the hungry and or sober.
