Duravit’s Award-Winning XSquare Bathroom Range
Duravit’s XSquare bathroom furniture series was designed by Kurt Merki Jnr and was inspired by a classic living room sideboard. The collection is easily identifiable with its smooth surfaces and aluminium profiles, creating an elegantly symmetrical look. This is precisely why the XSquare range was among the winners of this year’s iF Design Awards.
The XSquare collection’s structure offers users a template for further customisation—a variety of finishes and materials are available to mix and match. One may also choose among seven different widths for the washbasins, in particular, to fit one’s vanity best.
Mirrors and cabinets also allow for optimal organisation. Both floor-standing and wall-mounted versions come in different sizes that ensure they may be placed in even the smallest of bathrooms. A magnetic strip for accessories makes use of each inch of space available as well. In addition, the XSquare mirror displays its technical prowess with varied light settings and de-fogging controls—all possible with a touch on the screen.
