You may also taste Heat's traditional Filipino Easter set with a twist featuring arroz a la valenciana, pancit sotanghon guisado, kalderetang baka, Lechon belly stuffed with laing, banana heart with coconut cream, Brazo de Mercedes, and bibingka cheesecake, that comes with condiments and steamed rice.
