Inside The Grand Ballroom At The 2019 Philippine Tatler Ball
Philippine Tatler’s dearest friends made their way inside Shangri-La at the Fort’s Grand Ballroom through a beautifully decorated tunnel adorned with lush foliage. Once settled, Managing Director Irene Martel Francisco welcomed the distinguished guests and thanked lead partners, Mercedes Benz and Santos Knight Frank, as well as supporting partners Bvlgari, HSBC Premier, and Subic International Golf Club for being a part of the 2019 Tatler Ball.
The elegant affair was hosted by Stephanie Zubiri and Tim Yap, who were then joined by Atty. Mike Toledo during the annual charity auction. As of writing, over Php 12,006,000 has been raised in support of this year’s beneficiary, WWF Philippines. The target amount of Php 8,000,000 has been surpassed thanks to an outpour of generous donations and pledges.
Exemplary individuals and industry leaders were given well-deserved praise that night. The entrepreneurial Joey and Marissa Concepcion were named Couple of The Year, while Joanna Preysler-Francisco was named the Most Stylish Woman. Alice Eduardo, the Most Charitable Force, was recognised for her philanthropic endeavours and Sofia Zobel-Elizalde for her cultural contributions as Patroness of Arts and Culture. Retail magnate Ben Chan was then honoured with this year’s Diamond Award! Take a look at what went on inside the ballroom, here:
