As the name implies, this Alabang outpost for modern European cuisine is a temple to the divine swine. Regulars come to partake in their charcuterie boards and house-made sausages, but The Black Pig offers so much more. Their innovative preparations utilising fine cuts of meats, premium seafood, and the freshest produce by chef Carlos Garcia Rodriguez is what has kept this bar and restaurant buzzing since 2013.
