TATLER TIPS
• If the 15-course signature grill is a bit too much, order tapas instead. The thinly sliced Spanish jamón is cured naturally with a nutty aftertaste. Have a plate of grilled lamb skewers, marinated in lemon and cumin, topped with mint and feta. The layers of ingredients render a fragrant moistness to the meat.
