Korean Fashion: Blackpink's Lisa—13 of Her Most Stylish Looks On- And Off- Stage
This Thai native was born in 1997 as Pranpriya Manoban but is better known as "Lisa"—1/4 of the world's biggest girl group, Blackpink. Together with bandmates Jisoo, Jennie, and Rosé, the quartet have danced their way into our hearts, the top of the charts, and biggest stages across the globe.
Lisa fronts the group as their main rapper and lead dancer. You can catch her Youtube channel, LiLi Film, where she shares amazing dance covers and vlogs of her trips to different countries. Many blinks consider themselves 'Lisa-biased' due to her bubbly personality, amazing ability to master the most intricate choreography, and enviable fashion sense.

We sum up some of her most stylish moments from Coachella, on her latest music video set, to the streets of Europe, and more:
1/13 Category is: how to stun in red
In 2018, the rapper made an appearance in New York for a Michael Kors Spring/ Summer runway. Here she sports a red polka-dot dress paired with black boots; she completed the look with a floral-patterned purse.
2/13 She said, Aloha!
Known for her being quite the tomboy, Lisa rocks this look effortlessly. She pairs a cream-coloured bucket hat with a white cropped tee and fatigue cargo pants—it definitely doesn't hurt to have abs to flaunt in the process!
3/13 Hipster tourist
For your next trip to Europe, take a queue from Lisa by adding a statement piece (like a camel-toned leather jacket) to your regular tee-and-jeans. She looks extra chic here with her film camera, a wide-brimmed hat, and a small satchel.
4/13 Comfy yet chic—the quintessential jet-setter
As part of an international chart-topping pop group, Lisa is no stranger to jet-setting across continents. Photographers often hang out at Incheon Airport to spot K-pop members on their way to catch a flight. She's been photographed several times sporting rather laidback (yet fashionable) travel garb. We particularly love her grey dress matched with black leather loafers here.
5/13 Look at you, now look at me
On the set of their hit dance anthem, How You Like That, the rapper dons platinum blonde hair with a statement leather jacket paired with a rhinestoned mini-skirt. We would be hard-pressed to find anyone else who can pull this off other than Lisa—almost four million others think so too!
6/13 Coachella, baby
Giving Vanessa Hudgens a run for her money, Lisa shows off her built physique in stunning stagewear at Coachella in 2019. Blackpink is the first K-pop girl group to grace the stage at the annual music festival.

7/13 K-pop royalty: the modern hanbok
The hanbok (traditional Korean attire) has been modernised by several groups including SuperM and global sensation BTS. For their How You Like That video, Blackpink shares their take on the traditional fit. Lisa shines here with her pink locks and coordinating two-piece hanbok.
8/13 She's a city girl
For her dance cover of the Chris Brown classic, City Girls, Lisa pulls off difficult choreography in this chic hip-hop attire. A tie-dye bandana, Calvin Klein top, cargo jeans, and a jacket nonchalantly tied around her waist... Lisa shows us the meaning of swag.
9/13 Cleaning up nicely
Occasions of Lisa in business attire are far and few between but this particular ensemble she wore for Bvlgari's Serpenti Seduttori launch is definitely note-worthy. The usually-flamboyant rapper dressed down to match the event's formal air but still added her own twist by donning a one-shoulder suit dress. She keeps it simple with black pumps and minimal accessories.
10/13 In her element
Most known for her boyish streetwear, this co-ord cropped suit is quintessential Lisa. She adds a metal-chain purse to complete this look.
11/13 Incognito
Korean style has long been associated with a penchant for layering jackets and coats and Lisa shows us exactly how it's done with this cute outfit. She rocks a grey ball cap, a white hoodie, a green trench coat with whitewashed jeans and designer sneaks.
12/13 Summer lovin'
You won't find Lisa sporting a summery colour palette too often as she prefers darker and deep tones. Yet, she easily pulls off this warm-toned look for a Mulberry event held at the K Museum of Contemporary Art.
13/13 Doing the least but looking the most
It's definitely no secret that Lisa can wear the simplest of clothing yet still look like a million bucks and this outfit is a definite testament to that. With just a white turtleneck, a subdued leather fanny pack, and a high-waisted black skirt, the rapper looks every bit the it-girl we all know her to be.
