What's your skin type?
Combination.
Who or what influenced your skincare routine?
My mom has always been a stickler for having a skincare routine and I guess like [mother], like daughter. The skincare products I use are mostly clean beauty products that I have discovered through the years.
What is your evening skincare routine?
I wash my face with a mild wash liquid cleanser from BeautiqueMD or January Labs Cleansing Gel from Sigla. Then I dap my face dry with a clean washcloth after I use a retinol serum from Murad. Then [I] follow it up with Murad night cream. I dab Hindy Weber eye balm to top my routine. Once a week, I switch up to Pdh beauté full spectrum facial oil. Once a week, I use a Skin by Talulah pink clay mask or a Pearl sheet mask from KPOSH.
What are your holy grail products?
Good sunscreen and facial oil.

I lean toward clean beauty products as much as possible currently and so far so good. As I age, I'm sure my routine and skin products will change.

Do you use facemasks?
Skin by Talulah and KPOSH sheet mask. I also use scrubs every so often.
Do you have a beauty/skincare horror story?
Yes. When I started using La Prairie here in manila when I first moved from Switzerland. It worked in a super dry environment but given manila is so humid, I just broke out.
How often do you practise skin fasting (a break from skincare)?
Once a month, for two to three days.
Are there any skincare rules you’ve broken that have done wonders to your skin?
I was given a scrub by a friend. It's supposed to have rose quartz incorporated in the blend. I love the idea of that.
