Those who miss dining out can choose to join the whole family at the hotel's breezy al fresco setting by the pool. Indulge in delicious grilled meats as well as HEAT and Summer Palace favourites. A special Mother's Day set menu will also be available for the entirety of May, so everyone can get a taste of Edsa Shangri-La's special menu.

These will include fine offerings such as the salmon coulibiac, roast chicken casserole with red wine, seafood paella, quinoa and feta stuffed roasted bell peppers, and a selection of cupcakes.
A Filipino-themed Afternoon Tea Set is also available for Mother's Day. This can be ordered for take-out, or it can also be enjoyed by the hotel's poolside view.
A delightful line-up of confectionaries will also be available for any sweet tooths out there. Executive pastry chef, Martin Frowd, has developed limited edition Mother's Day cakes that you can pair with a bouquet apple pie or a chocolate box with pralines.
